I had a lovely stay at Courtyard Raleigh Crabtree Valley while attending a volleyball tournament. The friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, especially Jon at check-in and Ponloeu at breakfast who remembered my egg allergy from a year ago. The only downside was the difficulty of navigating the main road the hotel is on, but overall, I felt welcomed and comfortable during my visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Raleigh Crabtree Valley. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right from check-in. although I did find the parking spaces to be a bit on the small side. My room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. However, I did notice the breakfast ended earlier than I would have liked.

Jon, the night auditor, was patient and organized, while Nautica and Shae provided lovely breakfast service. However, I found the room a bit worn and having a musty smell when the air conditioner wasn't running. 🙁 Overall, I appreciated the staff but the location was tricky to navigate.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Raleigh Crabtree Valley, where the accommodations were excellent and the staff was exceptionally friendly. My room on the 4th floor was comfortable and clean, perfect for my family reunion. The breakfast experience was a bit off due to a late opening, but the staff, especially Grace, really went out of her way to make sure I had coffee in the morning. Overall, it felt like a quiet home away from home with a great location near the mall.
